To sign up, go to merchant.pathao.com/register. You’ll need to give these details to register as a merchant:
- Business name
- Owner’s name
- Mobile number
- Email address
After giving the info, click “Sign Up.” You’ll get an SMS on your phone with your login ID, password, and merchant panel link. Log in to the merchant panel and follow two steps:
1. Store Info: Give store name, phone number, contact person’s name, and address.
2. Payment Info: Share your bank or Bkash account details. For a bank, you can use savings or current accounts, and for Bkash, only your personal Bkash account works.
Once you provide the info, you can ask for deliveries using our courier service.
How to Use the New Pathao Merchant Panel
Log-in methods and everything you’ll find in the new dashboard
- Enter E-mail and Password and press Login button
- All the information of Store, Order and Invoice Menu can be found in the Top bar
- You can know about your business performance through sales statistics number and graph on Dashboard.
- You can see Promo, Pricing Plan, coverage area and many other necessary things through Quick Link.
How to create your store?
- Click the Create Store button from the Homepage or the Store a click korun tapror create store button from the Top Bar.
- Then click on create button with your store information
How to order?
- Click on create order from Topbar to place order
- Then fill in product type, store name, all your customer information and amount to collect. Enter the weight and quantity number of the parcel and click the save button.
- Click on Bulk Order to place multiple orders at once.
- Upload your CSV/Excel file by clicking Insert CSV. After correcting all the information click on Confirm Orders.
How to view order details?
- Click on Order button from Topbar
- You can filter and view all order information in the order list. If you want, you can know details about any product by filtering with consignment id, customer number, date, store name and status.
- Click on Consignment to get specific order information
