To apply, prospective parents must collect the prescribed Admission Form from the MLIS Admission Office according to the following schedule:

• January – December Session:
  Application Date: October 1
  Time: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• July – June Session:
  Application Date: April 1

Required Documents:
After the interview with applicants and parents, submit the following documents to the MLIS Admission Office:

• Completed Admission Form
• Academic transcripts or report cards from previous schools (if applicable)
• Copy of the Birth Certificate
• Student’s passport-size photograph(s)
• Parents’ passport-size photograph(s)
• Admission Fee (payable at the Accounts Section of the Admission Office)
