Bill Gates, once the world’s richest man, has moved up to fourth place in the list of billionaires this year. The big reason for this is his huge contribution to human welfare. He is also investing heavily in vaccine corona vaccines around the world. However, in recent times, the media has come up Bill Gates, the owner of the most agricultural land in the United States. He has made this wealth in the last few years. He currently owns 242,000 acres of agricultural land in the United States. No one else in America owns so much land.

According to The Land Report, Bill Gates has purchased agricultural land in several states, including Florida and Washington, for several years. According to Forbes Magazine, he has a net worth of about 121 billion. He owns 69,071 acres of farmland in Louisiana, 47,927 acres in Arkansas, and 20,588 acres in Nebraska.

The Land Report study found that a portion of Bill Gates’ farmland had been purchased jointly through a third party, with another portion being private investment. He has joint ventures with food safety company Ecolab, car company Broom and Canadian National Railway.

While it is surprising why a technology billionaire is buying so much agricultural land, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has been investing in agricultural development since 2008. At the time, the organization funded 306 million to encourage smallholder farmers in Africa and South Asia to pursue high-yielding and sustainable farming. The company also invests in climate change resistant crops. Investments are made in high yielding dairy farms. Gates AG One, another non-profit organization, was formed last year.
