Nowadays mobile phone is an essential part of our life.
We can’t imagine our lives without smartphones now. From teenagers to older people, everyone now has a mobile phone. A big part of the day is spent watching us on our smartphones. Even among some people, this smartphone has reached the level of intoxication. Experts have repeatedly warned us about the side effects of being stuck on a smartphone for a long time. Excessive use of smartphones, especially for pregnant women, is extremely harmful.
Studies have shown that the blue light of mobile phones is harmful to our eyes. The effects of this blue light can also be harmful to the fetus. If pregnant women spend a lot of time looking at mobile phones, then the child can be born with various behavioral problems.
Researchers in Denmark have found that before and after birth, if the effect of the blue light of the mobile phone on the body of the child is more, then it can cause various usage problems.
The study was conducted on a number of women with seven-year-old children. How long did they look at their mobile phones during pregnancy and now these women are being asked a series of questions about the health and use of their children.
After the study, the researchers concluded that women who spent a lot of time looking at mobile phones during pregnancy had hyperactivity and behavioral problems in their children.
However, it is the result of a survey. Experts are not ready to come to a final decision on this issue right now. No evidence of a direct link between mobile phone use during pregnancy and harm to the child has been found so far. The type of low-wave radio waves emitted from mobiles are also emitted from microwaves, televisions and laptops. X-ray and CT scan machines emit such large amounts of such waves. So how harmful mobile waves really are has not yet been proven.
However, according to experts, it is important to be careful about the use of extra mobiles during and after pregnancy. So try to call someone during pregnancy to use hands free as much as possible. If you are at home, talk on the land line if possible. It is better not to use too much on social media.
